24 Hour Backup

In the event of a disaster* that renders T.A.S. unable to use our system to answer client calls all calls will be forwarded to our equipment vendor, AMTELCO Systems, Inc.in McFarland, Wisconsin. AMTELCO has been a leading provider of customized call center innovations for over 30 years. With a strong background in the telephone answering service industry; AMTELCO’s primary focus is to design systems that offer cutting-edge technology. Since AMTELCO is located in another state there is a very slim chance that a disaster here would be a disaster there. We have provided AMTELCO with a back up of our system, which is readily available for installation if we encounter a disaster and send them the word to take over. The installation time is less than 30 minutes and after installation of our system they provide 6 telephone agents to answer and dispatch your calls using the same information we use.

If a disaster occurs and we forward our clients calls to Amtelco they will not only begin answering our client calls immediately but they will also begin the repair process needed to get our system back up in a timely manner.

When we offer twenty-four hours a day service, we mean twenty-four hours a day!

*Disaster – any unplanned event or condition that renders T.A.S., Inc. unable to physically use our location or equipment.
