Privacy/HIPPA Compliant

All information disclosed by one party to the other in connection with T.A.S., Inc, it’s clients and callers shall be treated as confidential information. Each client’s confidential information shall be held in strict confidence by Telephone Answering Service, Inc., using the same standard of care that we use to protect our own confidential information, and shall not be used or disclosed for any reason. Such confidentiality information includes client’s data, client’s callers, and nature of calls, trade secrets, prices or techniques.

HIPAA not only affects healthcare providers but also a wide range of vendors and contractors that provide services to healthcare organizations including answering services. Rest assured that we take HIPPA compliancy seriously and as your business associate have invested in both readying and ensuring that our organization meets all HIPAA requirements. T.A.S., Inc. is proud of the fact that we have never had an incident in which the privacy of callers has been compromised in any way and we will continue to do whatever it takes to ensure that we remain HIPPA compliant.
